Important Information:

          Dear Partner, to participate in the partnership program, you must be a registered legal entity, self-employed individual, or sole proprietor. This is required for official payouts and signing the agreement.

          This requirement ensures compliance with Russian legislation, including tax and business regulations.

Why it matters:

1. Regular business activities without registering as a sole proprietor or self-employed are considered illegal (Article 14.1 of the Russian Code of Administrative Offenses).
2. If a legal entity works with a private individual, it is required to withhold: – Personal income tax (PIT) at 13–15% from each payout; – Insurance contributions of up to 30%. This increases costs and complicates financial transactions.
3. The company cannot deduct these payouts from taxable profit, which could result in tax penalties and additional charges.
4. Individuals without legal status cannot take part in partnership activities that include warranties and responsibility to clients.
